Abstract

This study employs a literature review to critically evaluate the benefits of blue light–filtering lenses and to determine whether their use against eye strain and toward sleep quality is supported by empirical evidence. The aim of this research is to provide evidence-based information to better inform patients regarding the clinical utility and practical applications of blue light filtration in corrective lenses.
