Abstract
The purpose of this project is to explore how science and engineering education are contributing to sustainability efforts; by using a cluster analysis we are examining the subject components presented in the literature, the burst of key publications, top journals, organizations, and countries. The Web of Science is being used as a source for bibliographic data produced during the period from 2000 to 2020. A set of selected terms are searched for in the database and the data collected is properly formatted and exported to the data visualization software VOSviewer and CiteSpace.Six major topical clusters are identified and the bursts of nine sources are reported. In addition, influential institutions, and publications, and the international scope of the subject are presented.
