Tax Caps: A Look at the Arguments
Policy Profiles is a series of research reports published periodically by Northern Illinois University’s Center for Governmental Studies (CGS) . The reports present the insights and findings of CGS studies and discussions focused on matters of public policy and managerial concern to local governments: to cities, villages, and towns; counties; school districts; townships; and special districts. While the primary focus of Policy Profiles is on local governments in Illinois, most of what is reported through Policy Profiles is of interest and concern both to local government officials and to public affairs observers, scholars, and students throughout the United States and the world.
