The Education Systems Center (EdSystems) at Northern Illinois University is a policy development and program implementation center focused on advancing racial equity and preparing more learners for productive careers and lives through three priority areas: College and Career Pathways, Bridges to Postsecondary, and Data Impact and Leadership.
