Abstract
This survey has attempted to determine the amount and type of industrial arts and home economics training offered to seventh and eighth grade boys and girls in the counties of DeKalb, Ogle, Lee, and Whiteside, which comprise the Rock River Division of the Illinois Education Association. It has further attempted to determine the frequency and length of class period, whether or not these subjects are offered to both boys and girls, and the extent of teacher training for supervisors in these areas.
