Abstract
The transport properites, both conductivity vs. temperature and thermo-emf, of a series of amorphous, binary systems and one crystalline system was studied. The amorphous systems studied were Sb₁₋ₓSeₓ, Ge₁₋ₓSeₓ, Ge₁₋ₓTeₓ, Sb₁₋ₓTeₓ, In₁₋ₓTeₓ, and Ga₁₋ₓSeₓ. Both single crystal Sb₂Se₃ and polycrystalline Sb₁₋ₓSeₓ were also studied and compared to their amorphous counterparts.
