Abstract
This is a course description resulting from the continuing effort to compile a relevant curriculum for the homogeneous group of students at junior high school level and specifically eighth grade. The purpose is to ascertain and propose organization, content, teaching aids and methods congruent with the trends in industrial education. The paper attempts to present a broad survey of the areas to be covered in junior high school with emphasis on creativity and motivation. Based on comments from former students, the program described seems to be both motivating and challenging to the student and has been a basis for the students' continuing the study of industrial education in high schools.
