Abstract
Purpose The purpose of the study was to provide an annotated bibliography of available materials on the subject "Executive Seminar Development" along with a complete list of all management books found in the Swen Parson Library at northern Illinois University. Methods of Research The study involved the review of the card catalogs in the Swen Parson Library to compile the list of books for the annotated bibliography and the management bibliography. Periodicals in the Swen Parson library and in the Joseph Schaffner Library at Northwestern were analyzed. Forty-three periodicals that were considered pertinent to the field of management were then selected. Individual copies for the past five years of the periodicals chosen were reviewed. Summary and Conclusions This paper should provide a basic tool for research in the field of business administration. The annotated bibliography on Executive Seminar Development, along with the Management bibliography, should provide a valuable reference when ordering additional library material. A reference to this paper would preclude duplications of orders for material and a time savor for individuals doing research in this area.
