Abstract

This is a paper designed to provide a systematic procedure for analysis of foreign acquisitioning. One of the reasons I felt that such a paper was needed was that with the present trend of American economic growth, the foreign acquisition provided a way for corporations to get back on the road of earnings growth. The other reason I felt a paper like this is needed was that foreign acquisitioning begins with an orientation of thought and I do believe that this paper does attempt to orient one into the role of the foreign acquisitioner.
