Abstract
The serum proteins of four inbred lines of White Leghorn Chickens were electrophoretically separated on an agarose film. Ten protein fractions were resolved and the relative mobility values and relative height values were determined for each sample. Significant differences were found to exist in the relative height values between serum proteins of the inbred lines. Evidence was also presented that some of these differences probably occur within lines and may be related to blood group loci.
