Soviet Union--History
Abstract
The sine qua non of a comprehension of a social movement is a comprehension of forces underlying its essence. This is an endeavor to indicate social forces, the resultant of which culminated in Bolshevik control of the Russian Government. It is not a detailed account of Russian history, nor aa endeavor to evaluate the whole area of Communist Ideology, though certain components of historical data and ideology will of necessity be described.
