This Study seeks to gain insights into the attitudes and perceptions of current New American Theater Patrons. It also seeks to compile a profile of the best customer segment for New American Theater to target. This study has the following objectives in mind: 1. To determine the current audiences perceptions of N.A.T.'s offerings, services, pricing, advertising, and fund-raising. 2. To determine if and where N.A.T. is failing to meet any audience needs or wants. 3. To determine which market segments N .A.T. should target with their offering.
