Abstract

The glass industry is so vast and complex it would be futile to attempt a complete coverage in a small study such as this. Volumes could be written on the areas that combine to make the complete glass industry. However, any material that la as widely used as glass certainly merits an appreciation and understanding by the Individual consumer. It is the hope of the author that this study will, in some way, enhance the appreciation and understanding of this product.
